This workshop will cover basic through advanced glaze applications; strategies on glazing, approaches to glaze application, how to clean up drips, dealing with glaze mistakes, overall troubleshooting glazes.
Note: Participants supply their own bisqueware for the workshop. Clay bodies must be rated for cone 6 and approved prior to the workshop. All glazing must be completed during the allotted workshop time. If students wish to glaze more they can do so by making a glaze appointment and firing at the outside rate.
The glaze firing of one pot no larger than 5” x 5” x 5” will be included with the workshop fee. If participants wish to glaze fire more pieces they can do so at the outside rate or students and members can fire at student rate.
